This hotel had all the essential amenities we were looking for, like a microwave, a personal safe, and a sofa bed. Plus, the room was very clean! 👍.

Flexible check in and terrific service. Big room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Amicable staff and attention to detail. Location not far from the beach bar, a Pizza restaurant and the half hourly car ferry back over to the western shore👍

We booked a room with absolutely superb views of the lake. It was very handy to have a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. Our location was unbeatable and conveniently located along the Eastern shore near Luino.

Everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful. They always had a smile on their face. The view from our room was great. The best part was the grassy area by the lake where you could lay out and enjoy the sun. They also have a small dock to jump off of or stick your feet in the lake. Great spot!

The apartments are moderate. The road is rather busy and noisy - so be ready for the sounds of cars and motocycles. The apartments facing the lake are 2-stories, and the stairs are rather dangerous for the small children.All sounds from the kitchen are heard in the room above even when the door is closed

The stunning location of this hotel along the Eastern shore near Luino was truly remarkable.

A very nice place. The owner was extremely nice, smiling and doing everything to make our stay comfortable. The grass field at the lake was beautifully kept and the small beach great for children 4 years and up. If you have smaller children I wouldn't recommend the place, since they could fall of the grass field and into the lake. Spectacular views from the appartments that are nice and well kept. Great little beachbar with sallads, pizza, drinks, icecream etc. We rented a motorboat for some hours and had a fantastic ride on the lake. Great place - really!

The street separating the hotel from the beach is quite busy even during the night, which creates a lot of noise, making it hard to sleep. This is really the only bad thing to say, but also the archielles heal of the hotel.

Fine lake view, nice hosts, extra night stay, live music concerts, beach massages, clean private beach.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, especially with the option to hire boats and explore Lake Maggiore. The apartments provide stunning views of the lake, perfect for witnessing the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The staff are friendly, warm, and make you feel right at home. Additionally, the breakfast served at the nearby bar is a great way to start your day.

The location of this hotel is ideal, with beautiful views and a lovely beach nearby. the apartment was clean and spacious, with great facilities, including free parking and free Wi-Fi. the staff was really helpful and polite. Breakfast at the nearby Hemingway Cafe was delicious and the Latte Macchiato was amazing!

The bathroom had an old decoration and the bed sheets seem to have like dust.

We had a lovely stay with so many great aspects to it. Cleanliness was fantastic and the hotel facilities were great. Parking was very convenient and transportation was easy. The location was perfect with fine views of the lake. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great view of the lake from the balcony and easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was simple but satisfactory. The staff was prompt and courteous.

The room was small, dark, and very noisy due to the street traffic. The heater was not working properly and the winter cold made it very uncomfortable.
